Kent Williams was born on an Air Force base outside Laredo, Texas and though intended for the military,developed an early interest in the arts, heavily influenced by the Sid & Marty Krofft puppet shows at Six Flags Over Texas. Since then Kent pursued actor training at Southern Methodist University and began a diverse arts career that includes marionette performance, fine arts instruction and anime dubbing.

A Telly Award winning puppeteer, Kent is a lead marionettist with LTDM Entertainment and performs “Fiestas de las Marionetas” at the State Fair of Texas and has developed, instructed and performed countless puppetry workshops and productions for families and students across Texas. As a seasoned Teaching Artist, Kent liaisons with Texas Commission on the Arts, Dallas Independent School District and Big Thought to bring stage stunt choreography and Japanese kabuki theatre to libraries, museums and classrooms throughout Texas.

As a voiceactor Kent is represented by Mary Collins Agency in Dallas and can be heard on popular anime such as Dragon Ball Z, My Hero Academia and One Piece.
